The Stone Health Mission
At Stone Health Innovations, we partner with providers in their goal to engage in true patient-centered care. We introduce and encourage fresh thinking regarding patient care and assist providers in their daily operations as they transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement models.
We work as a partner to our providers, helping them to deliver what they need: scalable, profitable and effective care management and population health strategies paired with cutting-edge information technologies.
In all that we do, we strive to place the health of patients first while never losing sight of the needs of the providers who give that care. Together, we can improve outcomes, drive new revenue to quality providers, reduce the overall cost of care and improve the health and well-being of the populations we serve.

Carmine Gugliotti, J.D.
Carmine “C.J.” Gugliotti is a graduate of Western New England University School of Law. He is a member of multiple state bars, two of whose exams he passed in the same sitting. In his undergraduate career, C.J. gave a large amount of focus to biology and genetics, enabling him to earn CALI awards in law school courses such as Bioethics. C.J.’s current law practice up until joining SHI has been of the estate planning nature. The field is closely related to the sort of chronic condition and end-of-life scenarios that SHI will commonly manage, and he is personally no stranger to such scenarios. It’s important for a company’s general counsel to find pleasure and meaning in working to forward their goals, and C.J. firmly believes there are few corporate causes as worthy as SHI’s.
